Hey Acting Manitou!

What a great second day of orientation we have had. Yesterday was a little overcast and rainy but today brought gorgeous sunshine and breezes down the hills. Our morning was a little chilly but some hot coffee and a rousing round of name games got our blood pumping.

Time was spent today preparing Master Classes and Electives, cleaning and organizing (Kyra T. did a miraculous job on that evening activities room meaning we have a LOT to look forward to after dinners this summer), and more importantly bonding and connecting with each other. Many of our staff are lifelong members of our community, having been campers themselves, but we are so lucky to welcome new folks into our circle as well from bunk staff to the costume and scenic shops to our kitchen staff.

All of this work, play and bonding leads to ONE THING. The campers arriving in 4 days! We can't wait but we also have a lot to accomplish so this blogger is going to sign off and hit the hay!

See you all soon!

Chris
